Curious about people. And how we live together.

I've always been interested in how society works, how decisions are made, and who gets to be part of making them. That curiosity first led me into politics, working closely with people involved in shaping public life.
At the heart of my work has always been hosting conversations between people.
Bringing people together around complex questions requires preparation, curiosity, a sense of responsibility and an ability to make room for different perspectives.
I believe in giving voice to the people, and I'm shaped by deliberative democracy, working with citizens, experts and decision-makers to create lasting solutions to the problems of our time. It has shaped how I approach hosting, moderation and facilitation — whether on stage, in a studio or around a table.
What matters to me is creating the conditions for people to listen, think together and feel that their voices belong in decisions affecting their lives.
The details matter.
A good conversation is shaped by more than the questions asked on stage. The room, the welcome, the preparation and the people around the table all make a difference.
